We read the story Rain. The children broke up into groups and drew the beginning, middle and end of the story.

Showing kindness
Just
as Johnny Appleseed traveled the country showing his kindness by giving apple
seeds to others, we will travel around the school giving others small tokens of
our appreciation for all that they do. We made apples with our third grade buddies and made up bags of candy. We will deliver the apples and goodies on Monday.
The children earned movie and popcorn for getting 3's in encore classes. During snack time they enjoyed popcorn and a movie about friendship.
Apples
What's in the mystery box?
Apples!
Each morning the children answer the question of the day. We have been learning about more, fewer and same.
